Here at Earls Robson we are currently hiring for our Prep Team!
The Prep Team is a close nit group who all work shifts like 7am-3pm, 7:30am-3:30pm and 8am-4pm. They are responsible for prepping the entire restaurants food for the day and helping cook during the lunch rush.
New to the industry?: We have a mentality here at Earls that we will teach you every skill that you need to be completely successful at your job. Whether you have five days or five years of kitchen experience; our Sous Chefs and Head Chef will be able to ensure that by the end of training you will have all the tools, tips and tricks to succeed at your job.
Experienced in the culinary field?: If you are on the more experienced side of the spectrum, there is an incredible amount of potential for growth in our kitchens. We see passionate and engaged cooks becoming Sous Chefs in less than 1 year. If you have the drive and passion to move up there is no limit on how fast you can excel here. Once at a Sous Chef level you will be able to apply to any of our 70 locations.
Earls provides competitive wages, ranging from $18-$22 / hour depending on experience and the specific cook role you are being selected for.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work full time (30-40 hours a week)
- Ability to work with urgency in a fast paced environment
- Keen eye for detail
- Communication skills
- Prior kitchen experience is an asset, but is not mandatory!

The first Earls restaurant opened in Edmonton, Alberta in 1984, and it quickly took off — Earls has never looked back, opening locations across Canada and the US. Today, Earls has expanded to 69 locations (and counting!) and we're looking forward to our continued growth across North America.
While much has changed since Bus and Stan opened the first Earls restaurant all those years ago, many things are the same — Earls is still a family-owned business, run by great people who are passionate about serving our guests delicious, globally-inspired food and drinks through exceptional service and an inviting environment.
